From Blah to Ta-Da.

This tri-level was giving basic builder grade—until we worked our magic. The client wanted to keep the charm of a tri-level layout but actually make it work. So we did just that: added a second laundry room (yes, dreams do come true), finished the basement with a custom wet bar, gave the kitchen and baths a serious glow-up, and layered in lighting that actually knows how to flatter a space.

Function met flair—and everyone lived happily ever after.
